"Ike’s is the best but this location will never get my business again. Daniel was not helpful or sympathetic to the error they made for $120 order. Blamed the door dasher for a forgotten sandwich I had to go pick up, and then proceeded to argue that he made a gluten free correct. When picked up there was no empathy/apology for the error and was more annoyed that I was there to pickup an order. Second visit the next day two separate orders were also made incorrectly, younger guy behind the counter had no name badge but was unprofessional when brought to his attention. Ike’s isn’t known for this service so it is very disappointing to see this location have such an unprofessional and Un empathetic staff."

"I've seen this place, everytime I go to the theater. My friend says he goes there a lot, but I thought it was a vegetarian, sandwich place, but I was sorely wrong. I had the #91 the Ruben, it was very tasty, I can believe I've been missing out on great sandwiches. The guy who took my order was very helpful, guided me on some choices. The young lady who gave me my sandwich wasn't as friendly. Next time I'm working in south Reno, I'm definitely going to go back to make sure my visit wasn't a one of. I want to try the Clint Eastwood next."

Was only a few people there & they got my sandwich out fast. They have a lot of options so looking at their menu posted out on their windows was nice. Their gluten-free bread was pretty good! As other reviewers have noted, it’s a tad pricey but they sandwiches are tasty! I liked the decor & vegetarian options too."
"The bread was fresh, the flavor of the sandwich was very good. I highly recommend the number 111, menage a trois. It's a halal shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, honey mustard, pepper jack, real honey and Swiss. Total calories 1060."
