"The music was so loud I couldn't hear my husband across the table. When we placed our order at the counter the employee couldn't hear us and had a difficult time repeating the order back. We still enjoyed the food, the dining room was clean even though they were very busy, staff was polite and friendly. Food was fresh, hot and served extremely quickly. Other then the music we have no complaints. It seemed as though staff had no control of the volume because the order taker clearly had a hard time with it also."

"I ordered the box combo and it took over 20 minutes for them to prepare my order. If I hadn’t followed up, I probably would’ve never received my order. Chicken: juicy and tender Sauce: thousand island with pepper and some other spices Fries: soggy Coleslaw: just ok Toast: I wouldn’t call it toast (see photo)"

"Fantastic fast food restarant where the chicken and texas toast tastes fresh every single time I visit. We should've ordered extra chicken and toast slices because we pretty much inhaled both our orders and were still craving more after we finished. The Limited edition reusable Post Malone Cups were still in stock for about $1.39 so we bought two of those as well. There was no line at 10:40pm on a Tuesday night and only had to wait a couple minutes for our order to be ready. There tends to either be a really long line wrapping around the parking lot or no line whatsoever but either way, the line always moves really fast. Also they have nugget ice!!!"

"Cane’s for me has always been my favorite spot ever since they first opened here in Reno. I am a big fan of fried chicken and chicken tenders, so when it comes down to it. Cane’s is always the spot to go to! By far the best chicken, sauce and sweet tea in town for me! The chicken is made to order so you receive it freshly hot and crunch, the fries as well cooked to perfection and then comes the Caniac Sauce which is very, very delicious!! To chase it all down, Cane’s Sweet Tea is my absolute favorite! It is a “must” every time I go in and love the fact that you can purchase half a gallon of either their sweet tea or lemonade to take home. Awesome! Raising Cane’s just never disappoints, never. The staff is always kind, friendly and provides excellent customer service. The dining room is clean and they staff keeps up on it throughout the day which is a good feeling and environment to be in. Raising Cane’s if you have not tried it unfortunately, fortunately there are two locations opened. One in Reno and one in Sparks so there’s no excuses to have the best chicken in town and give your taste buds the kicking they crave!"
