"Unhappy with this service this far. Appointments get scheduled and no one shows up. I had appointment in November the guy showed up and said you’ll have to call and reschedule because I had a guy here fixing my garage door/siding. This wasn’t the first time this has happen. No reason to not do my service. Then, I get a text stating my new appointment weeks later after he was suppose to have done the treatment when he actually showed up. Then, the tech doesn't show up and I have to reach out…. This is why I do not set up automatic payments with any type of company…Especially when they make you sign a contract. This is the world we live in now. Be cautious. Great people very personable, but lack communication and follow up."

"David is awesome. He provided exceptional service when treating my house. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Continuous conversation throughout the visit made the experience even better. No complaints, and I'll keep using their services as long as they're in business!"

"Called and set up service. First service was fine but still had allot of activity and few dead bugs. Second service a month later still did not see a difference. I was assured it took time. Ok I understand. Third scheduled time they called to reschedule. So I did since they didn’t have any service people in the area on that day even tho it was scheduled a few weeks prior. Two days later they called to reschedule again so I did. They never came on that scheduled day and decided to come a few days after when nobody was home and I wasn’t aware they would even be there. They only sprayed outside and charged me over 100. I called to complain and get a refund which they did and scheduled me again. I then cancelled the next day (via text since that’s how they like to communicate and never answer the phone) after talking to my husband and deciding to find another company. That was in June and it’s now late October. I haven’t heard from them until now at 8:30 at night saying we have an appointment to spray tomorrow. We tell them no we were not happy with their services and found a different company. So they lie and tell us that’s a problem because we have a signed contract LOL they are suppose to be sending us a copy in the mail. Don’t waste your time with RC Pest control"

David , our technician specialist was incredibly conscientious, thorough and an absolute joy to have in our home providing service. We definitely want him to perform every service on our home going forward and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services of this type.
