"First of all, I am really happy for the people who had good experiences with Cleaners Connection. My first impression of Cleaners Connection was not good. I telephoned Cleaners Connection to find out if they did any repair work on high speed floor burnisher equipment. The initial rep on the phone seemed friendly enough and positive that they did the kind of work I needed. He transferred me to the repair department where whoever answered the phone could not even manage to introduce himself. I had to ask if I was transferred to the repair department. He confirmed with a less than friendly "Yeah. I'm the owner." Again I asked if they did repair work on high speed floor buffers. This time the reply was, well, different. The repair guy told me "No. Sure don't." No offers of info on where I else might inquire for repairs. The owner of Cleaners Connection couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. I said "Thanks" and the call disconnected. Here in the days of internet time, mobile devices and text messaging. I suppose phone etiquette is of no concern any longer. The days of common courtesy and helpful customer service are long gone. I am a facility manager for a large local church campus and am now unlikely to ever do any business with Cleaners Connection. As they say, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Well, I have to update this review because they did reach out to me afterward. I always feel forgiveness in the best interest of everyone. I also do not want to be the harsh hater guy so I will surely give Cleaners Connection a second chance. We all need all the support we can get."

"These folks are awesome I bought a van and truckmount from them in 2017 and just recently had my first mechanical issue on my Prochem Blazer GT. Gene was able to walk me through the repair over the phone and through a few emails and even showed me the parts I could buy at the local parts store so I didn't have to wait on shipping. Now I have my truck running 100% before one of the busiest weeks of the year. If I could give them 6 stars I would."

They are trustworthy, work hard for you and will keep you in business. They can repair all kinds of truckmounts and equipment and to top it all off they are nice people!"
