"The charge for a visit before the cost of any work is $500. And this was non-emergency. I paid $660 for a quick fix (20 min) of an outdoor sprinkler pvc. Didn’t realize it was just sprinkler issue or I wouldn’t have called them. Update 3/15. After leaving many unreturned messages and being told that the manager “is not going to call us back” we were told we could get back $100 if we take down this review and sign something they were going to email me. Well that never came either. We were not given an estimate as described in the response. The job was completed without any discussion. This is a shady business. I definitely do not recommend. Funny how I get a quick response to a public review but no response to messages left for management."
