"We have been customers of Advantage for several years and have an Annual Contract, however during the cold weather when we needed some additional service, our phone calls and recorded messages were never answered, even when transferred to the proper department. S & A Holmes"

"I had them come out to service my heating unit on last Thursday or Friday. They completed the service. They found a couple of issues they told us about and said it should be fine and we can have the repairs done in the near future. It completely stopped working on Saturday. We changed the thermostst and filters still wouldn't work. Monday I called to see if they could send someone out she stated we'll charge if we have to come back. Which was fine and I expected that. I was wanting to proceed with the repairs and also asked if they would send someone out to give an estimate on a new unit altogether. They said they would prioritize getting someone out and that didn't happen. Two days later they called to say someone would be out right then if someone was at home. My Husband told them we had already purchased a new unit which we had we went through a company who prioritized us and made us feel like we mattered and that our money was good. Needless to say they missed out on thousands of dollars being rude(whoever the lady is) and treating us as if we couldn't pay."

"Steven fixed two issues for my family today. He shared some education on how to maintain my pipes for the future. Will continue to call Advantage for any future issues that arise. Thank you."

"Do not use this company if you need to purchase a new HVAC. My new unit worked for a week until it got really hot. It started making very loud noises. They came out at least FIVE different times, replacing things. They got the noise to stop but it never cools the TWO rooms it services when it gets above 90. Last time they came out they started blaming the room, the thermostat and the heat from the light fixtures. I've called Randy, the manager, several times and he rarely calls back. Nobody seems to care that my unit doesn't cool. Seems like they could at least offer the services I might need to get it working. I wish I had never called this company. I deserve better after such an expensive and crucial purchase."

"I have used this company exclusively since we moved into our home for plumbing and HVAC servicing. We have a yearly service contract and have been happy with our experiences for the past 3 years including any issues that popped up. An issue was found during a routine service, the tech (Patrick) did a wonderful job identifying the problem, what was needed and even found that the part was under warranty. GREAT! Problems started with the repair. I have found several issues such as my unit not put together properly, a gas leak due to not tightening an area, missing oil drain caps and screws, and bending of main support frame. I went to contact the HVAC manager to remedy the quality of service received and has not returned my call at this time 12/4/19. Edit 12/10/19: Talked with company manager today who will be sending a senior tech to investigate unit. Edit 12/16/19: Manager called to inform me of senior tech (Patrick) and coworker’s (Randy)arrival time. Gentlemen were personable and heard my concerns. They remedied all issues with excellent customer service."
