They called to schedule a date and was able to actually get my work done a month earlier than expected! Raul and his crew came out, arrived on time, he walked around with us and confirmed the work to be done and explained to us in detail what would take place. He answered all of our questions. His crew worked quickly and knew exactly what they needed to do. They didn't mind us watching. They made us feel comfortable with all of the work they were doing. Raul constantly was checking in with us on progress and any questions. When they finished, they cleaned up to the point it looked like they were never there. "Not that anyone wants to have foundation issues, but if you do, you want Olshan on your side. We had a great crew and we were originally scheduled for 4 days, but they had everything completed in 1.5 days....that included 15 pylons and had to break through concrete for 3 of them, digging holes deep enough for someone to get down into them and lifting the foundation. It's an amazing process and I wouldn't have wanted to have anyone else complete the work than them.
