"Terrible service. Rates on the screen behind the counter says $11 for mounting for carry in, I brought my own tires, 4 of them, the price that was quoted was $118..... I'm not that great at math but that doesn't add up to me."

"I came for oil change and tire rotation. Only one car in front of me. Lazy bones - it took more than 1.5 hrs. Plus, I selected "criss-cross" tire rotation but they did only "front to back" - why to ask the customer if you still do whatever way? Two years ago they mounted my new tires inside out. Enough for me - I will not come there again. Update: two days later noticed that one lug bolts is missing on my wheel (either it was never tightened or was not ever even replaced after tire rotation) - what a messy service!!!!"
