"I only wish I could rate this company less than one star!! I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced with this company! They know nothing about foreign vehicles. After having a very expensive job done, I literally drove down the street and my check engine light came on. After addressing it with the manager and technician I was told that it would “fix itself” after the I drove it a couple of days. Later a valve cover came loose. It took two weeks for the part to come in. Communication was at an all time low the entire time. Well shortly afterwards, my oil light came on and the technician was mysteriously MIA for almost two weeks! It was explained to me that there is only ONE technician in the shop to do the job! It was suggested that I seek a second opinion. After getting a second opinion from a different company it was explained to me that the vehicle was misdiagnosed and not properly serviced! I spoke to Austin and provided him with the written documentation. He blatantly denied and tried to manipulate the truth! I am done with him and his lies! I strongly advise you to do the same! Mr. KIMBROUGH, I seen your recent response below and I see that you’re still manipulating the truth! The proof was presented to you in black and white! Whyyyy would I trust you to evaluate a mistake you made a third time! That’s a major disservice to me as a paying customer! If another highly qualified professional is willing to fix your mistakes why not agree to cover a portion of the cost! That’s all I’m saying sir! It’s time out for taking advantage of women! It’s been going on for decades and it’s sad you are still doing it now in 2024!"
