"I wish I would've gotten the name of the person who opened the shop this morning. I had just finished a night shift, and I was exhausted, but needed a new tire asap. I was the first customer at opening, but I had to drop my car off due to the auto center being short staffed. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain the situation and were patient with me as I weighed my options. No one could put my tire on, until 9am when the other person would arrive, due to the process needing a second person to check the quality of their work. Once 9am came, my car was being serviced and was ready within the hour. That's pretty quick, considering all the oil change appointments that were scheduled with only 2 employees. This location definitely needs at least 2 people to open. One person should not be stuck with doing auto work alone for 2 hours, while waiting on another person to come in to help. That can be overwhelming and it's unfair to put that much pressure on one person. With that being said, thank you to the staff that helped me and worked on my car! To anyone who is looking at reviews before making a decision, keep in mind that a lot of the time the staff is not the problem, in cases regarding long waits. Most of the time, you're getting a review from someone who is impatient, and just wanting someone to place the blame on for their minor inconvenience. The service here was wonderful!"

"Last time I went they took every person in the “line” before me. They even acknowledged I’d been waiting longer (I didn’t complain). Needed to shop so I thought I’d try again- and once again- they went to the person behind me. The lady they went to admitted I was there first. I was ignored. Went across the street and was helped immediately- they had me finished in the amount of time it took to write this review."

"I got all of my tires replaced today and that took about an hour and a half and that was about what I expected. That went fine. However, I also asked if I could get 2 reverse bulbs replaced and he said yes and I signed for it. I get home and find out they did not replace the bulbs, and did not tell me they didn’t replace the bulbs. So now I have to take my car somewhere else to do that which is annoying."
