They removed all of the old ductwork and HVAC equipment from our crawlspace, leveled a badly sagging kitchen floor, and installed a French drain around the back of our house….They worked very efficiently and did a fantastic job at every turn. Thank you to Rudy and all the folks at Rock Structure Repair, LLC!” The rest of this review is an update describing all that Rudy and his crews have done for us since then… After the French drain project we were focused on a privacy fence and a modest-sized deck. While collecting multiple bids from contractors on those jobs we encountered some problems, so we asked Rudy at RSR if he could suggest anyone. Rock Structure Repair ended up taking on this project too and they outbid the others to keep us well within our budget, providing us with exactly what we were needing. Over time we went on to use RSR for several other home upgrades. These included replacing entry-doors, installing (in existing brickwork) both a sliding glass-door and a security dog-door, comprehensive crawlspace-drainage solutions, and more. Some photos are included. With every single project we received at least three other estimates and Rock Structure Repair was consistently very competitive with their bids. This allowed us to eventually get more work done, without going over our budget. Plus all of the work was done with great care and attention to detail, which made for outstanding results. "Standing water in our two acre lawn has been an issue since we moved into our home 12 years ago. We installed a French drain and catch basins with another company a few years after moving in. While this helped, our lawn does not have the slope required for natural gravity drainage, and the underground dry well the drain emptied into did not have enough capacity to handle heavy spring rainfall. The catch basins would back up during rainstorms, leaving pooled water for hours and wet soil for a couple weeks. Rock Structure extended my French drain 150 feet and installed a sump pump at the end, which compensated for the lack of slope and improved the performance of my entire French drain system. The French drain extension also quickly dried out another low area. The response I received after contacting Rock Structure Repair was prompt. Juan was here on time to evaluate the situation and provided an estimate soon afterward. Omar and crew showed up when expected, worked quickly despite bad weather and soggy soil, and communicated throughout the process. I am very pleased with the service and the finished product and highly recommend Rock Structure Repair."
