"McGrew Service Company's residential generator technicians are courteous and seem to be well trained. And their annual maintenance service is competitively priced. Our only complaint with McGrew's service has been their failure to provide timely service when a generator has stopped working in between the annual maintenance visits. The last time one of our generators went out, it took 3-4 weeks to get a technician onsite to find the problem. The manager that I discussed this with said "this is the best we can do." Obviously this issue could be solved by hiring an additional technician to take care of their annual maintenance customers' emergencies. We would rate them 5-star If they were able to respond in a more timely manner when a generator goes out."

"Professional and well educated service. Had two fan/lights installed & outside light. One fan had a bad light kit, the outside light was connected via GFC - I couldn't find it, was in garage, that works 100% & the living room fan/light which was 10 ' high. Mcgrew also gave an option to do earlier than scheduled, only a couple days waiting, not the scheduled 2 weeks AND they were happy to accommodate. A+++++"
