"We previously used this company earlier this year to clean our AC unit after buying our first home. The person that came out recommended having the unit clean every spring and every fall and informed us of an option to pay for both in advance. He told us that we would automatically put on the schedule for the October/November time frame. We have yet to hear anything from them trying to schedule a time to come do the service we have already paid for so we began calling daily. We have called 7 times and left 4 voicemails. None of our calls have been answered and we have not received a response to any of the voicemails left."
