"They were sent by my insurance for a leak in my kitchen. They did all the demo work and water dry out and that part went fine. They assured me they could also finish the project completely with the rebuild portion so I would not have to get another company involved. A week after the dry out and tear out portion was done. The owner/owners son came out to take measurements and such for the reconstruction. He said he would turn them into insurance that week and for me to go ahead and pick out tile and to call him any time. A week later insurance had not received the estimate so I texted him. No response. I try calling once a day for the next several days. No answer. No call back. My insurance company also asked for status updates and received no response. After over two weeks of not hearing a word, I tried texting the person I dealt with on the remediation side. He responded saying “find another company. We are no longer interested.” So they were just never going to tell me they decided to not complete the work. I still haven’t heard a word from the gm. I lost several weeks of time that I could have been trying to find someone else to help me. And I don’t have a functioning kitchen. Stay away from them. Bad people."

They ‘lose interest’ in completing jobs they have done half of and leave you with no kitchen, no kitchen floor just a hole in the ground. When you try to follow up and ask about getting the work will completed they will say ‘we are no longer interested in this project’. I have screen shots."
