"Ameritas is a joke!!! Plan stated it covered 50% on crowns but only payed 16.50 I pay them more then that a month. and left me with a 357.50 bill saying core build up is not included. Its part of the crown!.. If you like being ripped off and taken advantage of this is the place for you!"

"I waited over 40 minutes on hold so I could give them a new VISA card number to pay for my wife's monthly dental insurance premium. Because I am not the insured person (just the one who pays the bills) they would not take my information; they offered to (snail) mail a form for me to mail back and were not capable of servicing my needs by email. What a waste of 40 minutes to speak to a dinosaur of a company with inadequate customer service. Its easier to just cancel the policy and move my business elsewhere."
