"My wonderful dentist Dr. Patel that I have seen for the last 5 yrs sold his practice unfortunately . The new owners, and staff were very unprofessional and rude and were more interested in eating their lunch than giving me a treatment plan for my next visit that we had spoke about after my cleaning . The dentist , Dr. Mann did an evaluation on my visit and I did reschedule for Monday as I left with gaps in my teeth as they removed the existing bonding . I had to call them 3 times to follow up and now they’re telling me that I need a bigger and more expensive treatment plan than what I have been doing with my last dentist… Hmmm I never received an email or text from them on what their treatment plan was , which I was promised. I had to call and follow up again and that’s when they pitched their opinion that I needed to crown two teeth now instead of replacing my bonding,. Completely unexceptionable as I had to leave with gaps between my teeth . They removed my bonding and didn’t replace it as I was told and just sent me on my way with “I’ll get back to you attitude”, and with a big up sale ! Have to love new ownership. Can you say greed and scammers! My dental assistant was the only great thing that came out of that visit . Please do your research on this practice. It’s very unfortunate that it was sold and they don’t have the patience best interest and refuse to work with what you have been doing for 5 yrs.with no problems."
