"Constantly screwed up our billing and wouldn't help"

"After waiting several weeks to get in, my first appointment was cancelled because the therapist was ill, I totally understand. However, the problem was that I was only notified via email less than two hours before my appointment. Since I did not receive the email in a timely fashion - I arrived for my appointment. The receptionist, who was walking on a desk treadmill (which is very distracting and in my opinion unprofessional way to greet clients) told me that she had the wrong number for me, which after verifying the number she had on file was not true - she did in fact have the correct number. Willing to try again, I set my second appointment via email from the receptionist since the receptionist could not reschedule me on the spot. When I arrived for the second appointment, I learned that the therapist I had an appointment with just took another individual and that I actually did not have an appointment. The receptionist told me that she never heard back from me, which again was untrue because I returned her email within 24 hrs. She said sorry (again on her treadmill) and seemed unconcerned with my dilemma. The receptionist seemed more concerned with getting her steps in than customer service and that this issue was all my fault - even though she had the correct information on file and I responded in a timely fashion. I give up. Don’t waste your time with the Eden Prairie office."

"If you would actually like to get a call back after repeatedly calling and leaving messages for months, call another clinic. It's a waste of time and effort. And if you weren't depressed before trying to get an appointment, you definitely will be after the experience. Mental health systems like these are exactly why the suicide rates are so high. It is an injustice to all those begging for help, begging for someone to listen, and begging for someone to care."

"Worst experience. Five minutes into an initial conversation before even booking the appointment or speaking with my daughter (just getting some background) they were barking up the autism tree which would have been a colossal waste of my time, money and my child's time. Make sure you speak with the therapist before you put them in front of your child."
