"The ambiance was impeccable, prices were aligned with industry standards, and the treatment itself was executed with precision. However, one significant issue prevented LivSkin from receiving a five-star rating: Despite diligently completing all necessary paperwork, including personal details such as my name and birthday, I was astonished to receive mail addressed to "Fedora" rather than my correct name. Furthermore, subsequent communications from LivSkin perpetuated this error. As a first-generation Mexican-American woman born and raised in the United States, I've encountered my fair share of mispronunciations and misspellings of my name over the years—Fernando, Franchesca, Ferdinand—but "Fedora" is a new addition to the list. While I understand that my name may be less common in Minnesota, the crux of the issue lies in the fact that I invested time and effort into completing extensive paperwork, trusting it would be accurately recorded by LivSkin staff. As a business that should be committed to inclusivity, such oversights are not easily overlooked. Therefore, I feel compelled to express my disappointment through this review. Just as I would hold a doctor's office to the same standards, I expect the same attention to detail from a "state-of-the-art medical spa." In summary, while LivSkin excelled in many areas, this particular oversight stands out as the one area where they fell short in my estimation."

The lobby was stunning, spotless and beautiful, and I instantly knew I walked in to a high end medspa. LivSkin (and the rest of its staff) goes above a beyond from the water with fresh lemon served in a beautiful glass at arrival, to a table warmer when I laid down, a shoulder and neck massage to finish the appointment. I HIGHLY recommend LivSkin and I can NOT wait to go back for my next appointment!"
