"They will not take debit cards or cash on moving vans or pickup trucks, the only thing they accept is a credit card, which I don’t use. I was not told of this until I went to pick up the van I reserved, and now I’m stuck trying to find one somewhere else last minute. Thanks."

"this is the most disgusting and unprofessional storage facility i’ve ever seen. i went in to retrieve my things from my unit after being away for a while, and almost everything was completely chewed through and covered in mouse droppings. i even found a whole dead mouse in one of my boxes, and a few of my things were so soiled with mouse excrement that i had to throw them away which is very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering i’d been paying a little bit extra for a unit that was supposed to be protected and climate-controlled. this place offers zero compensation or solutions for damaged property or rodent infestations. on top of that, the manager (named rose torrance) is absolutely awful. she has been extremely rude, impolite, condescending and unhelpful in every interaction i’ve ever had with her, and i am not the only person who has experienced this with her. her attitude is very unpleasant and uncaring, as if she hates her job and anyone who speaks to her, and i personally believe she has no business working in customer service. i will never return to this facility ever again, nor would i recommend it to anyone who actually cares about their property. on a better note, i will say that the guys who work in the front desk area are absolutely wonderful. they are always super sweet, compassionate and personable, and quick to help in any way they can. those guys are probably the only good quality of this whole place, and they definitely deserve a raise in my opinion."

"This is a horrible place to store your things it is infested with mice. Kept my things there 5 months and by the time I picked it up it had dead mice and feces all in my things. They did not compensate for my damaged things. Will not be doing business with them again."

"Tony from another U-Haul location set up so that my truck could land here along with a storage unit for rent. I was very pleased with how everything worked out. Their staff is helpful and kind! I felt very taken care of. They even went out and showed me my storage unit! I love their thoughtful and friendly mannerisms!!"

"Damaged my car while trying to hook up trailer...Employee ( I hope he was an employee) lost control of the small 4x6 trailer and ran the trailer into my rear bumper...I personally had to stop the trailer from doing further damage...The facility has been silent in the matter...Their Insurance does not cover the tow vehicle...even though this happened “pre hook up / tow” before any towing had happened... Bumper was gouged and paint was spider webbed requiring paint work...We could have worked this out amicably...but silence from the facility speaks volumes about the character in which they operate. Further actions are being taken..."
