"I don't have anything against the food. I've always gotten my order correctly. But the lady working evening on 12/20/23 is VERY rude. She was super snippy with me a few days ago but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was having a bad day and was super nice to her. I went in again yesterday and she was super rude AGAIN for no reason. I believe she's the manager, she was wearing some sort of sweater. I understand disliking your job, but don't be rude to people who did absolutely nothing to you. Very poor, disrespectful customer service."
"I ordered a medium drink and had to wait in line for 15 minutes. I was the only person in line. My brother got 2 cheeseburgers and had to wait 15 minutes to have his order taken and he had to wait 30 minutes to get his food. When he did get his phone a little blonde teenager threw his food down. This is not the only time we have been treated like this at this specific McDonald’s"
