"Stephanie and maranda were so out of line tonight and you professional hanging up giggling on the phone claiming they do not care for their jobs since it's so easy to get hired at another fast food place they claimed. I have 4 kids and all had meals tonight accept for one as ma maranda left it out and was so appalling when I brought it to her attention she messed up. Idk if they are spending to much time outside smoking weed because it wreaked of the smell as we were ordering. Idk if the real manager called in tonight so they were just doing and acting with customers how they please. But one thing I know for sure as someone who "ate" three daily with me and my family I will never go here again. I would prefer to drive a town over as this women Stephanie really threatened to spit in my food if I did have it remade but said it to another employee as if I wasnt listening. Not only did my kid not eat tonight because of a mistake maranda and Stephanie made not including one of my kids food but because they wanted to be sly and unprofessional with me and laugh over the phone and clearly not care for their job as I could have been the owner testing them AS I WAS BEING LAUGHED AT AFTER SPENDING 54$ . NEVER AGAIN AS THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM CORRECT WITH CURRENT MANAGEMENT Just wow. WOW... AND I WILL SEND THE VIDEO RECORDING I HAVE TO CORPORATE AND THE CALL BACK I MADE AND RECORDED AFTER HEARING HOW DISRESPECTFUL THEY TREATED MY WIFE. IM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN OR CAUSE WAVES BUT I FELT IF THIS WENT UNCHECKED MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WOULD BE DONE JUST AS POORLY. AND IM NOT ONE TO EVEN WRITE REVIEWS VUT AGAIN IF IM BEING DONE THIS WAY AFTER THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON MY 60$ MEAL THEN HOW MUCH BUSINESS COULD THEY BE LOSING FOR THE OWNER'S. I KNOW ILL NEVER ALLOW MY WIFE TO BY OUR KIDS FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN TO HARD TO GET IT REMADE after they get high off their vapes and mess up our dinner. Don't worry about fixing my order now as I don't trust Stephanie or maranda would not spit in it. And don't worry about my gas or time I wasted coming back without my receipt as I assumed these clowns realized they left out a whole burger to one of the four meals. And if I'm paying nearly 4$ for a coke while I'm buying my kids food they can at least be sure my food is in the bag before I drive home and have to drive back to have my whole meal I paid for as they do not give me gas for my truck so one of my kids will eat at home with me and I'll go through heck tonight thanks to incompetent people. Just careless if you ask me as who smokes THC vapes on site of who cuts them a check and laughs at high paying customers. Bless the owners heart as they have to be clueless as to what happening when they are gone. This is where I hope this helps or at least keeps others from the same experience. How dare you two laugh at me and my family missing our paid for food as one kids cries for not getting his food. How dare you two. So unprofessional it's astounding. A simple drug test would clear shop here in my opinion. If our call was recorded I could have a lawsuit available on this franchise as there are standards and regulations to follow. *corporate!!!!"

"I went in during a rush around 5pm and the food and service I experienced was excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection and very friendly service."

"Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King restaurant, me and my friends went in to order on two separate bills the first bill was a simple chicken sandwich and the second a whopper, the second order much heftier with more products. For some awful reason the first order took 30 more minutes to get from, all the food was of terrible quality, burgers with just one onion on them, one burger was even made with no bottom bun just two top buns, how does that even happen. All this to be topped off by the rudest staff i have ever encounter between my time in both florida and Arkansas, they continuously harrassed me and my friends accusing of us of trying to hustle a simple milkshake whilst also trash talking us during our wait period. They also sat there making us wait to be served and just flirting with each other and talking disrespectfully about us. To top it all off it wasn't even a busy time for them, there was only 2 cars in the Drive-Thru and hardly no one else in the building with us.overall, I would never reccomend anyone to come to this establishment given its aggressive and destructive staff behavior, and it definitely isn't fit to be called a family establishment!"
