"I ordered the new loaded nacho fries. The fries tasted as if someone had microwaved them and forgot to put seasoning on them. They were extremely disappointing especially because they didn't resemble the picture in any way shape or form. They put maybe a table spoon of beef on it and the whole thing came upside down. My child's food was poorly made as well. I waited at the counter for about 7 minutes before an employee asked if I had been helped. There was a single employee who was helpful and friendly. The rest didn't care to even pay attention or notice we were there. They seemed as if they hated their jobs and couldn't wait to leave. The tables were disgusting with food all over them as well as most of the chairs and floor, but I decided since we were having lunch together, I'd ignore the mess and clean a table and chairs myself. We finally sat down and what do ya know, Methanie and Methaniel walk in and start trying to converse with my child. After ignoring them, they started fighting about who was going to pay for the city bus and that's when I decided I was completely done with that place. As for me and my family, we will no longer be ( what my child likes to call it when we go to the same fast food/restaurant at a different location) "trying new places'' when we already have a perfectly good one a few miles down the street aka grand avn."

"The drive thru attendant outside is very courteous and patient. The food is usually pretty quick getting out the window, but the last 2 visits about a week apart , the Sierra Mist syrup was out. The 1st time it happened we had already left the store. The second time it happened, I checked it..it was out then too. I told the window clerk that it was out. She offered to get me something else, but that would be a problem for the next customer wanting some sierra mist. So, I just asked if they could just change the syrup. They may be short handed, but it's a customer service based business. She acted very short tempered about it being something simple. For that I suggest always checking your drinks before you drive away."
