"I applied October 2022, upon moving back to MN and was desperate for a place since the motel was becoming too expensive! I asked if the a 2 bedroom was available. I was told it was and went through the criteria questions. I qualified and decided to apply. After applying, I was told that a unit wouldn’t be available until December! I couldn’t wait that long so I asked if I could get my application fee back since my application didn’t get processed. I was told “yes, and give them a couple of weeks to get the check processed.” About a month later I called - no response. Called again, I was told they sent it to an out of state address. Which didn’t make sense because the address has an end date. Months and months go by. I’ve spoken to multiple people. Emailed multiple people. Someone reached out to me and asked for my address. Still no check! Called back multiple times after that. Call again, and Supposedly the manager was out to town and was left an email once she returned but of course I didn’t receive a call back. At this point, i just gave up the $30. But it’s the principal of the situation. They keep saying they sent the check - but I never received it! All that needs to be done is looking up the check number and seeing the check was never cashed!"

"Every time is rains if you live in the basement or subbasement. This is what happens; water damage, everywhere in water, destruction of personal property and belongings with no help or any type of reprimand or consideration no follow up on communicating with you to help solve this. Infrastructure isn’t up to code for living in and residents are not safe due to gun violence and lack of security and procedures on information sharing with the tenants. Very uncooperative, very unprofessional, very uninhabitable and misunderstandings with Waze, and reaching out and receiving information is also extremely distorted and disturbed. Bullet grazes in the wall that was covered up in the hallway just an overall unsafe, experience…"

"A friend recently moved here. I've never noticed the place before and wouldn't have known they were apartments had she not lived there. The hall ways were quiet, clean and free of any smells. I couldn't hear folks in the other apartments attached. The building itself is huge with a bunch of amenities. There are a number of layouts to pick from and there was a huge lot right outside the building. I'd highly recommend looking into this place is you're in the market to move. Sorry about the mess in the video, she literally moved in that day."
