"Our first room had a door locking issue that was quickly remedied. Santa's was friendly and attentive. Continental breakfast was small but had a few options for everyone."

"When I first got there the lady behind the desk was trying to take a $100 cash deposit on top of having the credit card to secure the room for damage... Then after we got through all that she decided that she was going to tell me that she was going to take my ID and she only wanted to take my ID after I brought out several other cards that had the same name on it. Then when I got ready to leave I asked for a receipt she wouldn't do that I asked for her to go on the computer and pull the money over so that transaction what's complete of course she refused. Watch your credit card statements after going to this place she strikes me as somebody that would do not have any problem going back and charging a card and pocketing money.... The room itself was in surprisingly good shape the only thing I really noticed was that the microwave wasn't the cleanest in the bathroom ceiling eating some paint other than that the room was in really good shape. As far as the building my experience was great it was just the staff that was horrible and I know the guy that owns this place and when I asked to talk to him she told me he wasn't around but he lives there this lady just like to be difficult....."

"The actual hotel or room wasn’t fancy, but the employees were the nicest people I could have asked for. Several times as I was coming and going I was asked how I was and if I was enjoying my stay. If you’re looking for high end this isn’t the place. However if you’re looking for some kind and thoughtful people this place has it."

"Avoid this hotel if you can. There were broken beer bottles in the parking lot. There was a wet dirty wash cloth wadded up on the edge of the tub. The carpet in the room was damp. The white bath towels were stained and brown/grey. The room had a very strong smell of bleach or a cleaning agent. The chair in the room was terribly stained. The milk in the breakfast area was out of date. And the ice maker did not work."

"Booked online, showed up to check-in and only then found out that they were going to charge our card an additional $100 for a deposit. I've paid $50 at Hilton and such, and it wasn't a complete surprise at check-in because it's stated in the price breakdown. The lady working the front desk was beyond rude. Both when we checked in and checked out. The location is nice, and our room was clean and comfortable....but that isn't enough to even come close to how poorly we were treated. We were looking at discussing staying for an extended amount of time if there was availability while waiting for our home to be ready, but when we left in the morning after one night we'd already decided that that first stay, there, was also our LAST."
