"BEAUTIFUL! And a delightful place to stay. We came up for a few nights to do some ice fishing in the area. The staff was SO friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The maintenance staff especially! We had a bit of car trouble and they all went out of their way to be sure we had what we needed to get on our way. Thanks guys!!"

"I really wanted to give a good solid review, but my husband and I are pretty irritated over our stay. My husband booked a cabin on their website, and at every step of the way it shows that the cabin has a jacuzzi. In the description and in the pictures, both say and show a jacuzzi. We would never have booked this cabin (#503) if we would have known. We don’t usually spend this kind of money on lodging, but the jacuzzi would have been worth it. It’s the whole reason we booked it! Looking back at past reviews now, there is another family who had experienced this same situation. I hope Grand Superior Lodge will change their website so that there wont be any more miscommunications in the future on this issue. The views are gorgeous and I’d love to come experience that again, but with another company who clearly states what you are paying for. So unfortunately I don’t think we will be staying at this resort again."

"Very nice stay. Super clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is seriously amazing. We were given free dessert for a birthday and a complimentary $25 gift card to the restaurant from the hotel. Only issue we had was some loud music our first night due to a wedding reception happening in the floor below us, but the staff was very apologetic and we were given a large discount because of it. Wonderful stay, I highly recommend booking. If you come and find out there’s a wedding happening, maybe request a room on the second floor haha."

"We went for a girls trip. The first room we were put in, the toilet didn't flush. Went down to the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance up. Then the sink wouldn't drain. Staff moved us across the hall. That room was better, but the toilet was still messed up. We made it work, but let the staff know. They were nice enough to get us each a drink ticket for the inconveniences. If it weren't for how lovely ALL the staff were, I would have rated this lower. They were AMAZING. Friendly, helpful and kind."

"My husband and I stayed in a lake home suite. Our view was amazing. It was clean. The jacuzzi tub in our room was a plus since the one by the pool is only a 7-8 person max. Those are the pluses. The minuses are our shower was a trickle. The bathroom faucet had more water pressure. And I wouldn't recommend staying on a bottom level. The people who were upstairs from us were so loud. There was 6 of them. We swore they were playing basketball or moving furniture NONSTOP. We came to relax and that didn't happen unless we were walking along the shore line. The grill was good. Our 1st night we had great service. Second night not so much. Our server seemed to forget that we were there. Overall it's a nice place, but for the price we payed and the experience we were hoping for but didn't get, I don't think we'd stay here again."
