"Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Typical pharmacy wait times — huge bonus to this place is they are staffed well enough that they can actually answer the phone. I take multiple psychiatric prescriptions with regular monthly refills, several of which they don’t keep in stock so I make sure to allow a few days for ordering and delivery. When I’ve had antibiotics sent over, I call ahead before going to pick up so they can work on it and have it done by the time I get there. As with any pharmacy, understanding the process can prevent unnecessary wait times. Some places are too busy that that doesn’t even help (cough cough Walgreens cough CVS cough)"

"Everytime I go to a suburban Mpls Cub pharmacy, there are around 3-4 people working there, but a customer line at the pickup counter with only one of the 3-4 checking people out. Sometimes the person working the dropoff line just stays there and does absolutely nothing to help the person at the pickup. Sometimes slow geriatric variables compound, sometimes frequent regulars lengthy chit chat compounds. I'm sure the basic wait blame is due to pharmacy legalities and or titles (pharmacist vs tech). But it is very negativity noticed there compared to other more positive pharmacies like Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS..."

"I don’t think I have ever got there and things were ready to go, which if you don’t feel well can be a real bummer. Then it takes at least 20 minuets to have them get it ready which can feel like a lifetime ill. They are great people but after waiting for a year for them to change these things I just got tired of waiting and went to Hy-Vee!"
