As an Iranian/Assyrian immigrant, I feel valued, loved and respected at Lotus. Lotus has always listened to my ideas and encouraged me to follow them- from allowing me to secure grants to increase health equity to priority populations, to creating a volunteering program for employees to give back to the community- clients and non-clients alike. Lotus also provides free soda, every employee's favorite snacks, and frequent team lunches. This recent picture of part of the team (cannot get everyone together at once due to operations) is representative of the diversity at Lotus.
