"Been calling all week as my prescription was placed on hold and I was told to call pharmacy. I’m sitting on hold (3rd time today) as I write this. First call I waited 20 minutes before I had to hang up. Second call was 25 minutes before I had to go. Currently I’ve been on hold 27 minutes without anyone answering the phone. Update: after 45 minutes on hold, they answered and immediately disconnected my call."
"During a very stressful day I was very pleased with my experience picking up a couple of prescriptions on 2/14. What a pleasant & cheerful employee. I was also impressed with her knowledge & effectiveness. It appears that your attention to your customers has improved."
"Updated:2/4/24 It was a much better experience. ( my last visit felt as enjoyable as a swimming pool filled with broken glass and lemon juice) I was expecting another weeklong battle for my medication - but called and the automated system said my prescription was ready ( que pleasant disbelief) Went in, very short line ( unexpected) Prescription was ready and the very nice pharmacy tech. ( they are always great to deal with) Rang me out quickly. Thankyou CVS- I appreciate you growing from feedback. ‐------- Early Jan 2024 --I want to say the actual front desk people I interact with are wonderful. I just can"t fathom how messed up the CVS system seems to be. My prescriptions were sent a week ago- all the automated system said was they were 'processing'. I could not reach anyone by phone, no oprions to leave a message. I tried online to no avail. At my first availability I went in person because I had NO clue what was up- and was told it was 'in que' and to return in 25 mins ( at this point another worker yelled to her ' WE CLOSE AT 1:30 FOR LUNCH) the person helping me asked politely that I return at 2--- it was about 12:50 - but- I've been 'the messenger' in these situations myself. Not her fault. So I shall attempt to get my medications again later. Overworked staff, clearly system issues..."
"What happened here at Plymouth CVS in Target's? One quit, one went back to school and another moved to a Target's closer to home and they didn't know all of this prior to this issue? The lines are almost to the middle of the store and it was said because of the opiod regulations and having to change over to new prescriptions. I feel so bad for staff especially when the phone makes up it's mind to ring so it's "give us 30 minutes." I should just go back to the end of the line and there's 30 minutes right there. The other "unspoken" is to keep the customer in the store to do more shopping which rolls over to Target's. I didn't come here to get rice but I can't go home so I pick up a few things that I didn't need. Sometimes I want to reach over the counter and answer the phone to help which is annoying but we have no choice except to go there and hope our prescripions are ready and stand in that long line just to find out nothing has been called in. This sucks and CVS should be ashamed of themselves for what the pharmacy assistant has to hear. It's not her fault but she hears the raised voices and the aggravation from the customers and if she could do something, she would so buy her a cup of coffee from Starbucks and thank her for that hard job she has."
"If I could give 0 star, I would. I have been calling all week, average hold time, 40 minutes. No one ever answers. I am writing this while on hold. It has been 15 minutes so far. I regret transferring my medication to this location. Patients NEED answers so they can plan accordingly. I've called on different days, multiple times a day, at various times. There is ZERO excuse to not have been able to reach someone."
