"Can I give 0 stars?? This is the worst pharmacy in the state. Nothing is ever ready when they say it should be, even if you call ahead. Expect 30+ minute waits, a drive-through window that is always closed and on some occasions the entire walgreens store is closed because the manager didn't show up. Run away from here!"

"The absolute slowest pharmacy ever! Staff here have no urgency at all and your medication is never ready when it says it’s going to be. Always out of stock. Terrible customer service. Been coming here for 2 years and will be switching pharmacies."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried for over a month to get the medications that I need to take daily, only to be on hold for 30+ minutes and get hung up on multipletimes. Waiting in the drive thru for an hour or more, just to be told that my prescriptions were not ready, after having gotten a text from walgreens saying they were. In that month I spent no less than 10 hours between phone calls and waiting in the drive thru. I tried switching my medication to mail order via the app, and they delivered it THREE WEEKS after I was supposed to receive it. The last time that I attempted to get my meds, I told them I would wait in the drive thru until they were ready, only to have the cops called on me. They are extremely unprofessional. Meanwhile, they are still giving VACCINATIONS, while not having enough staff to do their primary job. FILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS. As a previous pharmacy tech, I can say, the store manager needs to be fired."

"This place has gone down hill. I submitted asthma medication over a month ago and it never got filled. I would call and stay on hold only to have my call dropped. Waiting over a month is unacceptable even if they are short staffed. I called another location, got through to them in less than 3 minutes and what do you know...my meds are filled. I'm taking my family's meds to the other location from now on."

"I wish I could give this 1/4 star. Their communication is laughable. Not only was my phone call dropped after being on hold for over an hour, but upon calling back, their automated message said they’re open until 8:00 (it was 7:45). I rushed and drove over to the pharmacy. As I walked inside, the screen was down with a note stating that the drive thru is open until 8:00. Now I’m running to my car to get to the drive thru. Once at the window, there was a hand written note saying they closed WAY earlier. I’ve never had an issue at this pharmacy, in fact, I switched my grandmother to this pharmacy. However, it looks like they’re not reliable and I’ll need to switch her once again. And myself for that matter."
