"Stopped by there for a quick passport photo around 5:40 pm. They asked me to wait 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and asked again. They told me to wait for another 2 hours - the guy taking photos is busy at least until 8 pm. Ouch!"
"Spoke with the pharmacist this evening regarding ingredients in a drug for my elderly mom. She couldn't be bothered! She was very short with me and rude. She did not give me the answers I needed, was not at all empathetic or helpful to my situation, and offered ZERO help. CVS is right down the street and I will start going there now. This pharmacy is also disorganized and filthy."
"This pharmacy is a flagship example of how NOT to run a pharmacy. Been coming here off and on for a 20 years since it is so close to where I live. Let me tell you some truths about this place. It is entirely way too small for how many customers they serve. Extremely understaffed but you cannot fit anymore staff inside it. Wait times in person and on the phone will average 30mins to an hour. There will be times when you will get put on hold for an entire hour and when it is your turn, you will hear the pharmacy tech pick up the receiver then hang up without saying anything. This happens more often when they are crazy busy and I truly believe they are doing it on purpose to help decrease their workload. My phone did not disconnect, you hung up on me. If you want to blame the phone system, then it is still your fault and you should get a new phone system! I have noticed this happening more often within the last year. There will also be times when they simply will not have your medication in stock. Sometimes they will be on back order for as long as a week. Imagine not being able to take your daily medications for a week? Imagine it being medication that keeps you alive!? Whoever manages the stock should be fired. In fact, I believe their whole staff needs to be replaced. There is not one pharmacy tech that is innocent their, they have all made mistakes that has caused me problems or have been unprofessional towards me, in the past 20 years that I have been going there. Some ideas for the greedy owners: Expand your pharmacies square footage. Now that you have more space, you can hire more workers and replace the existing bad apples. You have way too many customers for your size and it makes all of your customers suffer. Lastly, replace your broken phone system, it is 2021 but it feels like 1999 when I call. Running out of prescriptions that you have orders for, then not telling the customers before they need it, is unacceptable and should never happen! Hour long wait and hold times for in person and on the phone, should never happen!"
"They sent an email asking me for a review in regard to their online store pickup service, so I gave it. I then got another email stating my feedback had been moderated because it didn’t meet their “website guidelines”. I guess me not giving positive feedback equates to not following their guidelines. I was just being honest. They had an item shown as available for store pick up. It stated if it wasn’t available, I would be contacted in x amount of time. After that time frame had long expired, I called them to verify before I made the trip out there. The employee was clueless about my online store pick up order. Long story short, every step of the process from start to end was a complete waste of time. Funny that I’m not allowed to say that in my feedback."
"Came in twice in a day for a prescription both times They could not get it ready for me. They told me they’d text me when it was ready because their computers were malfunctioning and they never did. I called and was told they were temporarily closed. They should have notified me so I could have my doctor call in the prescription to another pharmacy before end of business day. Instead I was forced to find out on my own they closed and would be unable to provide the prescription and wait over 24 hours to start a very necessary antibiotic. Extremely unprofessional."
