"The manager of this place should enforce its rules more. I don't like to have a neighbor that willingly breaks the rules such as excessive sound after 10 pm, glass microwave plates and large toys thrown from 3rd and 2nd story( that glass could've killed someone). This place could've been more cohesive if people aren't bluntly littering, vandalizing, or making excessive noise. Please enforce your rules and agreement signed in the lease! It isn't that hard to enforce!"

"I LOVE my new, Spacious Apartment! The only reason that I MAY NOT renew my lease is that the MAIN reason I moved in was that I was promised the pool/Sauna would be up and running (as advertised on the website also..,..It's a year later, and residents have told me pool has been out for years! I was shocked! New Management is great!"

"This place is an absolute slum. They turn the water off to the entire building just about every day without notice for hours at a time. If you enjoy having access to water, don't live here."

"the property manager at said she couldn’t rent to me due to her personal opinion on me. She then tried to evict me twice. They have walked in on me naked in my apartment, the property manager signed for my package delivered and then the package was missing. I asked for pest control due to the unstoppable roach issue here and immediately got told I would be kicked out of here. I’ve been non stop sick due to the mold, and when it rains I get wet in my apartment because of the leaks in the walls and window. DO NOT RENT HERE, I promise there are so many other better places. This place needs to be shut down, or the property manager needs to be fired. Something needs to be done about this place"

"Lived here for 6 months and the landlord Colleen tried evicting us because she said rent wasn’t being paid. And we got rent paid and she said no matter what we’re still gonna be out. We heard from sum other residents that there’s an apartment on the south wing that had bugs. And in my previous experience with other apartments that our neighbors had bugs the whole place has to be cleaned by pest control and the apartment building is supposed to pay for it. We got told a window would be fixed the first week we moved in and it still hasn’t been fixed. The landlords husband walked in on my girlfriend well she was changing. And yelled maintenance we were never given proper notice they were coming in to do anything. We’re young and didn’t pay that much attention so we just said the apartment was okay. But to further inspection there’s water damage in the ceiling and mold in the apartment me and my girlfriend have been sick constantly there’s cracks in the drywall the blinds were ripped. We’ve never got a checklist. The heat never worked in the winter. We were told to call her if we have problems but now that we call her she gets upsets and says even tho rents paid she’s still gonna get us kicked out. She also said if we get 3 cop calls no matter what the call is for we get evicted. And the cops told her we can’t get evicted and she gets so upset. She says she has sum heart problem and can’t text. But she reply’s to my text pretty quick. By saying”can’t text call me my kids texting” even tho her kids live states away. This is ridiculous and this places needs to be brought to the ground. Got told the pool was going to be working in July. And it still never is. There’s so many people that would love to enjoy the pool in the summer, but never can because she doesn’t care about the people only about her problem with drinking."
