"I will be brutally honest Amanda, Frost she is one of the best property manager I have ever met. She's so knowledgeable, kind helpful she accommodates every individual who lives in the premises. She's a good listener. She a good caretaker very caring for her clients. She go above beyond a call of duty to help residence out I got locked out of my apartment at 8 PM at night, I got a hold of Amanda,. She came back from all the way to her house to let me In my apartment, she programmed my key she made sure it worked properly that's not the only time there was plenty times that I needed help she was always there Melrosegate Apartments, I will recommend to anyone looking for a place to live a very clean property State of the art laundry room, swimming pool, exercise room if you looking for a place, you will never be disappointed"

They took time of their day to introduce me to the maintenance team and walk me through the apartment to make sure everything was meeting my expectations. I've been a tenant for over a year and a half as of this review and they have not only been prompt and accommodating for all maintenance requests, but they went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my family when we were hit with a very serious medical situation. I'm super touched they were so understanding. Top that off with regular community events and lovely apartments and I'm glad we moved here!"

"Melrose Gates is an awesome apartment. The management is fantastic and I must say that my family and I had a wonderful stay there for the period of our lease. The managers (Amanda and Sarah) are really nice people and always willing to listen and also do their best to make sure you enjoy your lease. They ensure that the property is kept clean, and snow is plowed on time. I also like the fact that they have strict rules about keeping the apartments smoke free and safe for everyone. Melrose gates is also a nice place if you have kids, plenty of play areas, heated pool and secure. I must also mention the maintenance man, he is really awesome and will get the job done even on Sunday. I give this apartment a 10/10 and highly recommend."

"I’ve lived here since May 2019 and have absolutely loved it. Relatively quiet unless you’re in a building that faces top golf or 694. Facilities are always clean, maintenance requests are usually done within 24 hours, and the package delivery system is a lifesaver (cuts down on stolen or missing packages that could be left at your door). Only thing I consistently find a bit annoying are the squeaky floors. If you’re on the first or second floor, you can more than likely hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. But the walls are thick enough that you usually can’t hear your next door neighbors unless they play their music too loud."
