"Moved in around July, yes the amenities were not finished but as of 3/1/24, they are now open and my jaw hit the floor. I made the comment to my partner "do we live in a 5 star hotel?" Management is absolutely amazing! Jennifer and Jake are extremely helpful and will go above and beyond. For sure going to resign our lease!"

"We’ve lived at Xenia for almost a year and absolutely love it! Jennifer goes above and beyond and makes Xenia a lovely place to place. The amenities are great, and the people who live here are respectful and quiet. My partner and I love living here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon."

"This is my 2nd review while living @ Xenia. In July, it will be our 2nd year in the building. If you are a non-caring person that doesn't respect your neighbors, or the building, this is not the place for you. Correct, some amenities are not open yet. But they will be! Jen has always gone above and beyond for us. We truly love living here. So much,that we renewed our lease. Just into a larger unit. And Jake is also great to to work with! If you move in, consider your life improved!"

"They will not be finished with construction for at least another 1-2 years. Moved in 11/22 and were assured amenities would be open by 1/23. Currently 11/23 the only thing that has opened is the dog park. They have only worked on finishing and opening up more apartments and are still under halfway through with that task. The indoor pool has sat filled but unable to be open per the city since 6/23. Oh, rent will go up by almost 15% and they will no longer honor the construction rent concession if you resign. If you have a dog, don’t move here. You are only allowed to let your dog out in the dog park or be fined $250 if they are on the sidewalks around the building. There are aggressive dogs in the building that you need to avoid. Last week there was broken glass on the sidewalk leading to the dog park and this week they have metal shavings into the dog park and covering the sidewalk. This has made using the dog park a major safety issue. Not to mention when taking your dogs on a walk you are expected to teleport off the property in order to avoid being fined or do laps in the dog park. The garage doors only work half of the time. And they enter your apartment 1-2 times per month to address the high humidity issues they have in the apartments. Zero communication from management and questions gone unanswered. We were hoping to resign but the increased in rent and the plethora of issues we’ve had has us moving out in the dead of winter rather than resign here."

"Having recently relocated to MN I could not be happier with my new luxury apt! Jennifer made me feel right at home and went above and beyond. The finishes are amazing and you can tell no expense was spared. Just outside are walking, biking trails and trendy West End is like a 5 min walk. I love it here!"
