"We lived here in 2019 when Mann companies was managing. The rent prices were insanely expensive. I wouldn't have been able to afford if I didn't get my small rent discount. The building was beautiful and well maintained. The location is prime. The office staff and maintenance were useless and never available. Many residents were moving out because of it. When we toured we were steered not to live next to our neighbors because they were an older couple and we had kids. We took the place anyway and had a great relationship with our neighbors. Our unit was renovated and spacious. We loved it very much. The light warmers in the bathroom were a great touch and the card system for laundry was smooth. I understand management has changed and I know the staff on site, so I understand the recent reviews."

"This complex was recently bought by a new company. The effect of which has been broken promises, nickle and diming to maximize their own bottom line, building-wide shared utilities, the management is rude and don't respond to concerns, the garage is extremely dirty, as well as many other problems. I lived here prior to the buyout and it wasn't always this bad. Like I said, STAY AWAY. I'll be moving out once our lease ends to find a better place."
