"If I could rate this lower, I would. Debbie is HORRIBLE as a landlord! If you have a conversation with her that lasts longer than 15 seconds, you're lucky...and I'm not exaggerating. What she charges is outrageous for the conditions these apartments are in. The only reason the atrium looks as nice as it does is due to a tenant tending to it, and he doesn't even get paid to keep it looking that nice. She'll park her truck in the fire lane, but don't you get caught doing the same, even for a few minutes. There no signage, the place looks like an office building, no clear lines in the parking lot so you don't know how to park, when it rains, the parking lot is a lake. When the fridge wasn't working, she simply swapped it out for another one in another unit. She's even gone so far as to threaten to have cars towed for expired tabs! My advice is stay as far away as possible from this place! You can do way better!"

"It was my first apartment, I didn’t know what to expect. I was told the entry closet door would be replaced a week or two after I move in. It was never replaced. Even if I continued to ask them for weeks, the landlord became so irritated and basically told me to stop asking. And because I wanted to be a good tenant, I stopped asking. My apartment became infested with ants and nothing was done about it. Sure it’s not the worse place to live but it isn’t the best either. Once I was able to move out, I put in a month notice. The landlord became soooo rude and nitpicks about the smallest things. They became so disrespectful. They told me I couldn’t throw away dirty diapers into the trash. Where else am I supposed to throw away dirty diapers? They told me I wasn’t supposed to throw away any toys but I saw many other tenants throw away so many dirty diapers and other toys for YEARS. I lived at this apartment for 3 years and they picked on me because I was moving out. They did whatever it took to keep my deposit. They charged me $60-70/hr to clean the apartment, and they charged for the entry closet door when I asked multiple times to replace it. Keep in mind, I lived at this apartment for 3 years and it was kept clean. They’re money hungry and I don’t recommend this apartment. I regret having others move into this place because I’m sure once they try to leave, they will go through hell in order to get out."

"Roaches, mice, centipedes, spiders and mold. Definitely slum lords. Not a good place to live. Management and maintenance are disrespectful. Horrible 2nd experience"

"It’s a unique place. I lived here and enjoyed the atrium but that’s about it. The apartments are pretty average and the place could use major updating."

"Not the best place to live. Our son lived there and he had passed away, and the management and owner held all of our sons property hostage. When we finally were able to get into his private storage locker a lot of his stuff was missing. They tried to blame it on his roommate who had no access to the storage locker. We would not recommend this as a place to rent."
