"Very nosey people, always in your business. Will charge you for extra expenses and make stuff up. Has mold problems. People breaking into the garage/buildings. No secured entry’s or security cameras. Went up crazy on rent and still out dated. Smh."

"The staff here really does care about you and want to make sure that you are happy in your apartment. The maintenance care here is amazing as well. There were times I would request something for maintenance to fix and they would fix extra things I did not even request to be fixed which was always a pleasant surprise. The underground garage is an awesome feature and their outdoor pool is SO WARM, it is the best outdoor pool I have ever been in. The hallways are always clean and cared for. The screened in patio is also one of my favorite features."

"My daughter and I have really loved living here. The apartment is very spacious, the three season screened in porch is almost unheard of anywhere else, and the management has been wonderful and attentive. While the rent may be a bit higher than at some other places, you definitely get what you pay for especially since underground heated parking is included, and there is also a pool. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the shops in Golden Valley are only a quick 15 minute walk from the complex. I would highly recommend living here."
