"Elan needs to be on your shortlist if you are looking for an apartment with a stylish living experience, high-end finishes, and great amenities. Similar to most places, the amenities include a pool, exercise room, outdoor grills, and an event room, but Elan is better. The leasing staff (Robyn & Alanna) have been exemplary. They are on top of everything and organize great community events. They have created and helped maintain a positive experience for me. The location in St Louis Park could not be any more convenient, with easy access to Shops of West End, restaurants (Loop, Rojo, and Crave), and highways 100 & 394. I would recommend the Elan Apartments if you want an upscale option in the West End area."
