"Awful place to live. You can pay the same or at most a hundred or two more to avoid creepy and careless management and staff, inferior floor plans, no dogs allowed, no amenities, lies and deceit, 0 security measures, etc. High turnover with tenants because they want to get out as fast as they can and a revolving door of less than savory and unqualified leasing managers. They have gone through 4 to 5 in the last year. Avoid. Go somewhere cheaper, the same price or even a hundred or two more (plenty of options in the neighborhood) you don't have to deal with any of these issues. ,"

"Lived here for a little over a year. My car had been hit more then once in their shared parking lot. I gave the information to management about the car which was not registered to park in the lot, and it caused more issues. Neighbors taking photos of myself undressing, so I bought something to help cover my balcony because of this, and it caused more issues. Management is very unprofessional with how they manage things. Neighbors aren’t friendly at all. I would not suggest living here. It’s overpriced for what you get."

"I'm a current resident, and have lived here 5 years. It's a quiet neighborhood and a quiet building near everything I need: Hwys 100 and 394, shopping, library and park system. Whenever I've asked for maintenance help, it's been fast and efficient. Management has always been friendly. Nice tenants. Feels like home to me!"

"Like the other reviewers, I had a very similar bad experience with management. They were always very rude and charged me $125 for 5 hours of cleaning when I moved out, which was unjustified. What I learned from that experience is to fully document with pictures and/or video the condition of the apartment and appliances before moving out so you have proof."

"Don't let the location of the apartment be the reason you sign the lease. Because that's the only thing good with this apartment. Management is absolutely terrible. Too many rules and hidden fees. It's like having no privacy; you will either get called, chased after or knocked on the door to be warned for ridiculous stuff like "no parking too close to the trees". They will squeeze as much money from you as possible."
