Urban Park I and II Apartments

"I lived there for two years and moved out in August 2023. It was a very cute apartment!! The management, Kathy and Andrea, were awesome and always very helpful. Also very good maintenance team. My reason for three stars is because the staff is 10/10, not because of the building itself. Currently i’m living in another apartment building, built in 2017, and my Xcel bill here is less than 1/3 of what I paid at Urban park? same with my energy bill. Although it was a cold winter last year, paying $180 a month for heat in a 550 sqft studio is insane. So i’m not sure If part of resident’s bills are going towards heating the entire building or what’s happening there… Secondly I lived on the top floor. I had a neighbor move in below me and it was constant noises after that. The wall pounding where my bed was every morning at 7:30AM… You could hear the music in your apartment even with windows/balcony closed. Dog barking constantly. Another reason I wanted to live at urban park was for the pool! except unfortunately a few residents who live there, typically on weekends, invite their entire families of 10-40 people over and it takes up the entire pool area."

"If I can give it zero starts I will. They have 2 different buildings, I called to view the one that they are advertising on everything even flyers. I went in and toured a building that was built in 2002!!! Not only that the $1950 “move in ready” apartment that I toured was not clean! The kitchen is not updated, the fridge had hard old food from the previous owner!!! paint and everything was chipping off the kitchen. Toilets, ceilings and walls were not cleaned, not even a fresh slate of paint!! Very horrible and just to top it they have the updated nice apartment across the parking lot that is not available! So please don’t waste your time or less it’s the new building."

"I had the most wonderful stay at Urban Park II. I only have wonderful things to say about management, my apartment, maintenance, and location. There is a trail that runs right along the apartment that I would take my dog for walks on everyday. I never felt unsafe taking her out late at night. There is also a small dog run where she would play with the other dogs that lived in the building. Kathy and Andrea are so responsive, and truly helped with any problem / question I had with record time. Everyone that lived there during my stay was super respectful of others, and the building was always clean. I had a parking space in the heated garage, so I didn’t have to deal much with searching for a spot. I would highly recommend doing so. The outdoor space is perfect. The pool and gas fire pit were utilized by me plenty of times. I have recommended UPII to everyone that is apartment shopping, so I might as well recommend to everyone who reads reviews!"

"We had a wonderful 2 year stay at Urban Park Apartments II. We loved our clean, modern apartment that felt like home and was the perfect central location. The gym, outdoor pool, and trails nearby were a nice perk. The manager was very friendly and accommodating throughout our time there. We highly recommend!"

"Absolutely love my apartment. Great management team. Pool is a huge bonus. Bike trail and proximity to Target etc. is sweet. Highly recommend Urban Park!"
