"I’ve been living at the Royal Park Apartments for some time, and I haven’t had a major issues or any issues at all. When I need maintenance, they are fast and reliable. They do next day service or that same week. The tenant around me are quiet. The morning maintenance guy vacuum every morning. My WiFi service is great. I WFH so I need the internet to work all the time. I love living in a clean environment. I’m very happy with management."

"Continuous plumbing issues in the kitchen and bathroom. Often there is a bad signal for WiFi and cellular devices. Hard contacting Management and they don’t keep their word; the laundry mat has taken my money several times and after telling management they still have yet to reimburse me. We were told in person we could move into a new unit and we could use the weekend to move and we never received a key. We emailed them and they denied receiving any emails. They told us we have to email them 2 weeks prior to the move we emailed them 3 weeks prior to moving date. Then we were told that someone else was promised the apartment already couple of months ago (after they offered it to us). I asked why they offered it to us in the first place if it was already promised to someone and got no answer. They looked at the computer and said all we have left is a studio. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Still didn’t answer my question. Water emerges from our kitchen sink when we are not using it. In the winter they are slow with shoveling our walkways sometimes days before tenants get a clear and safe path. Our toilet has been serving at least twice for not properly flushing. They finally repainted our bathroom ceiling after peeling since our first year ( getting worse and worse). I’m leaving public review because often when I had a request for management I was ignored or not taken seriously."

"the one guy was great, he needed to bring in the vet and he was great too. I didn't realize this was a google review. continued - the company has been easy to work with and understanding. prompt response to my maintenance request and they take good care of the grounds. I maintain my 5 stars for overall rating of the apartment and the property management company."

"Overall decent place to live. Apartments are nice and the remodeled units are great. Price is also extremely fair for the location. Management took care of us and maintenance was timely."

"I was harassed by caretaker on a constant basis for 2 years. She no longer lives in that building. (That is a blessing). The bathroom ceiling over shower leaked constantly. Maintenance only came by to patch up the problem twice. The third time (after 2 1/2 half years) the plumbing was fixed but paint was peeling and cracked until the day I moved out a total of 4 years. On top of that I had to live there during construction for three years in the winter and my apartment was still freezing after they put new windows in to the point I needed space heaters. (If you get a 2 bedroom and sleep in the master get prepared and buy space heaters now.) I stayed here because of the location. It is very peaceful and close to everything."
