"THE WORST! I lived with my wife for a year and we had very bad experiences every day we counted the days to move. We signed the contract for an apartment on the 4th floor and just a week away from moving we were given the key to another apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment had an unbearable cigarette smell so we decided to paint it completely which reduced the smell but it was always present. They never went to change the air conditioning filter despite reporting the problem several times. Just weeks after moving, the washing machine stopped working while we were washing. I went to the office to report the problem since I had our clothes inside full of soap and water. The manager’s response was: I recommend you take out the clothes and we will call the technician but it is not an emergency. After 06 days they sent the handyman of the building and he changed the washing machine in our apartment for the one in the apartment next door which worked but was so noisy that I could not talk on the phone while the washing machine was active. Another incident a few months after moving was that a sewage water pipe burst in the parking lot right at the entrance to the elevator. The repair was carried out three weeks later but all the people who used that ticket suffered from the bad smell it produced. On two occasions we got homeless walking inside the parking lot because the doors were constantly failing and they remained open giving access to strange people. You could constantly see the garbage cans full and with a bad smell. The windows of the apartment were always frozen in winter. The dishwasher burst twice and we got the apartment flooded with water twice and they sent the handyman who indicated that they didn’t want to buy a new one despite their recommendation to change it. Another very strange thing is the business with the internet. It was an Xfinity service which the most expensive plan at that date was $90 but we were obliged to pay Excelsior & Grand more than $125 without any explanation. The attention of the management was the worst I felt on several occasions that they mocked my Latin accent. I don’t recommend anyone to live in this place.."

"The apartment building is always clean. Fitness center is kept in great shape. The pool and community rooms are amazing. The front office folks are extremely nice and wonderful to interact with. The location is absolutely amazing. I can go weeks without driving anywhere. Can’t say enough great things about the place and the employees here."

"If you're considering living here just, please be aware of the following. 1.) We have a homeless problem sleeping in our entry way. Brought this up to management and will be our responsibility to report this to the police. 2.) Build maintenance isn't a top priority. Multiple holes in dry walls, clutter in the vehicle charging areas, trash bins full for days. 3.) Cold showers 3/7 times a week due to lack of maintaining water heaters. I was informed only 1 of 3 are working in the build and has been an issue for multiple weeks. In my honest opinion I never wanted to post this but nothings being done. You can find much cleaner/safer "Luxury" apartments in the area. This was not what I expected when you pay $2500+/mo for a luxury experience."
