Zelia on Seven

"The management changed to Zelia on Seven in the last couple/few months and it has made all the difference here. The new management team is what you’d actually want. The staff answers the phone, are in the office during office hours, supportive, and friendly. They have cleaned up the building since being here the last few months and the staff smiles in the hallway. I have personally met Kelley and Ellen and they’re fabulous"

"Currently live here right now. Don’t choose this place, parking is a big issue, they have two parking lots but are “full” but there’s always open spots. The waitlist for it horrible, no one ever gets a spot. Management is another issue. At first it seemed fine, but after moving here it’s bad. No type of communication, I try calling when I’m at work but no one picks up. I know people are in the office but again, no one picks up or it’s customer support that actual does nothing and leaves messages. Another issue is the packages getting stolen. How is it that we can order stuff but have security on our packages. So much gets stolen where it just needs to get figured out. ANOTHER ISSUE is that they forget to bill us our dog fee. Matter of fact, we didn’t even know about the dog fee. We just thought it was monthly dog fees, and a one time dog fee. NO there was a dog insurance fee ? Never were we told about it. I don’t understand it here, it’s been a bad experience."

"UPDATE! Again last night the flooding in my bathroom happened again. The toilet wouldn't flush at all and again came back up the shower drain. It took literal hours to drain out of the toilet. This is unacceptable! MNAG has been contacted. This is a health and safety problem. I had to walk to the "public" guest bathrooms last night and this morning to use the bathroom. If i could do 0 starts I would, the "parking situation" is unacceptable. I have to park a 15 minute walk away at a co-workers house because they wont give a parking pass to me for the FREE PARKING in the main lot. its not even 3/4 full and they have a "wait list" for a permit when the lot isn't full when I leave for work in the am or when i get home from work in the pm. it should be a first come first serve lot not what they are doing now. the reviews on facebook make it even worse. my shower has been flooding weekly within seconds that i turn on the water, the "hot water" is pathetic at best. last night when trying to warm up literal human feces came up into the flooded shower from the drain. this is not only a health concern to the entire night smelling waste that is very unsafe for anyone. but the possible medical issues that can come from that. i smell sewage in my apartment the last almost week. STAY CLEAR!!!!"

"Briane did my tour fast and nice, that same day I knew I wanted to move there. I also asked her about the bad reviews on google and about the $500 deposit, she was very clear about it and nice. The background check for the application took 1 week. The day I moved in she was nice and prepared for me. I had an electric issue with my apartment, I asked her about it and the same day she sent someone to help and fix it. I have no words to let her know how helpful and sweet she has Been with me."
