Park Glen Apartments

"Park Glen has been a great place to live. Living in an updated one bedroom apartment I have really like my unit. It has updated appliances and in unit laundry. I like the location a lot. It has a nice walking loop right behind the building and is a short walk to Wolf park. Great park with pickle ball and tennis courts. Also just a nice park. The building is close to good grocery options and shops. Relatively close to the lakes but not so close that it's very busy around the building. I think it is a good mix of close to the busy areas but secluded enough. Cons/Negatives: The building is extremely close to some train tracks. You will hear the trains. It passes by every few hours, including at night. It does not bother me much, but if you have young children it is very audible from inside my unit. They switched management companies and were not great about communicating a new portal opening. I almost got charged extra and given an eviction warning because of poor communication."

"i’ve been living here for almost a year, and can highly recommend Park Glen for being a quality/well maintained building with great management, fellow residents (quiet, polite) and the location can’t be beat. when i moved in there was new management who are really doing a great job. the office staff, including Peyton and Lauren, are super friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff, particularly Tobias, is also very responsive, effective and friendly. there are workout rooms, sauna and fantastic pool, located right on the bass lake trail, heated underground parking plus generous outdoor parking, across from a light rail stop (currently under construction). Highly recommended!"

"Amazing staff and we loved living there! Apartments are large and just went went though a renovation, so there are some nice updates. Walk out the door and enjoy a walk around the beautiful marsh area! Fantastic location! Special shout out to Lauren who was amazing in helping us secure our apartment! Great at communicating every step of the way. Highly recommend this community and it’s reasonably priced."

"I would only recommend living here if you are able to get a unit on the 3rd floor otherwise you will hear your upstairs neighbors every move. I hear everything from the toilet flushing, the door locking, their music playing, and their steps that literally shake the walls in my unit. This is due to the renovations the new management has implemented. Some additions to the property are great but while renovating they failed to think about adding an extra layer of padding to the lament floors to prevent additional noise. They also let residents dump their couches, mattresses, and other miscellaneous items while living here. This pile has not been taken care of or cleaned in months. Management does not acknowledge this or remove it even though tenants have backed into items since it encroaches on parking spots. I would avoid living here and go check out the new apartments down the street. I cannot wait to move out."

"My wife and I lived in a one bed one bath apartment on the third floor for two and a half years. We had to cut the last lease short because of a job opportunity. If it wasn’t for that we would have moved into a two bed two bath in the same apartment complex. Literally one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The staff is nice, helpful, accommodating, and respectful. Our only complaint were some rude neighbors; but that’s everywhere. The maintenance staff was always on time, and got in and out fast. We loved the walking trail in the back. This is the place to be."
