"I moved in recently on December 29th after a coworker of mine recommended checking this place out. My experience so far has been amazing with The Woodlands. The staff has been punctual, helpful, and accommodating to my many questions prior to moving in (this is my first apartment experience), and overall was very friendly & easy to interact with. Within 3 days of submitting my move-in form, facilities has already repaired a few items in my apartment and even installed a new shower head for a very minor leak. The residents are super friendly and there are so many cute dogs running around the area with a dog park to accommodate. I’ve already been given some tasty bakery muffins from a neighbor for the new year! The apartment complex itself is very cozy and spacious with my unit being 905 sq ft. Apart from the usual apartment complaints like occasional noise from residents, and shopping carts not being returned for general use, my experience has been solid and I would highly recommend!"

"I toured with a friend who was looking for an apartment. We toured with Cayla. She did a great job explaining everything about the property. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. Her pride in the community and her customer service attitude were evident. She was very professional and if I had been looking for an apartment myself I definitely would have rented from her. The property is very nice and in a great location. Close to 394 and 169. I definitely recommend checking this place out."

"The first thing you will notice is how quiet and calm everything at The Woodlands is. It feels like you're out of town away from everyone without a car noise to be found, but your smack dab in the middle of Minnetonka, 5 min from everything! Lived here for 3+ years, and the staff is always nice and accommodating. Willing to tackle any problem that you might have promptly. If there is a issue with anything in the building you'll get a email within a hour, with an explanation and solution. Never left in the dark. If you need anything done you fill out a online ticket and you'll get a email back with the status of your issue, I've put in a few requests over years, and never have been let down on the service of the maintenance. Snow removal in the winter is great! When the snow flies the plows are out. The side walks and ramps are salted well. Overall if you need a place to "get away from the city" in the city, The Woodlands is a great option."

"I really enjoy living at the Woodlands! This would be my second year here in my second unit. Both EXTREMELY spacious 2 Bedroom units. Management went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed coming home. Due to some very unruly neighbor's I had to move into the second unit. My first unit was huge, bigger than my condo I moved out of, and I really enjoyed it. But the unit I'm currently in now is Gorgeous! Wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, great calming view with a lot of nature to look at. Management alone (Roberta) makes Woodlands a great place to live. She's the best, she has never let me down even if she didn't have the answer to an issue, she would still find a way to get it resolved. The property is beautiful and tucked away with ponds and lots of trees. I honestly have no plans on leaving anytime soon."

"First week here, and am loving the new apartment! The staff goes above and beyond for residents and really makes you feel at home. We had to find an apartment with a quick turnaround and they helped us find a great apartment that fits our needs perfectly. Maintenance staff could not be better. Very quick turnaround for making some fixes around the apartment and are very happy with our decision to live here!"
