"NEVER STAY HERE. They WILL try to charge you for a security deposit for normal wear and they will blame you for things that were falling apart before you even moved in. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. They have very shady leasing agents. Stay clear."

"Best apartment I’ve ever had. Quiet, clean, secure, cozy, modern, overlooking tranquil nature preserve. Huge new apartment windows, beautiful new siding and balconies on all buildings, meticulously maintained swimming pool, accommodating clubhouse with secure electronic mailbox system, conference room, party room, 24 hour workout room, at no additional charge to the resident! I used pool and party room a many times, it was wonderful! Respectful neighbors, gorgeous grounds, tons of parking, exceptional communication from the office. The most professional and talented management team and maintenance engineers I’ve ever experienced. Loved this place. First class and 5 star."

"The property was great till Hernando was there, current management has unreasonable rules and management with no heart! No consideration for customers who have been living there for many years and helping Regency woods make money. They are over charging the customers while vacating and making us pay for all their old appliances. I will never recommend Regency woods to anyone."

"Do not rent unit 2230 - 307 (building 3) or any unit on the 3rd floor for that matter. I have lived here for 4 years and the roof has continually leaked year after year due to ice dams. Management finally admitted to me this year, they are aware of the issue and know what needs to be done (replace HVAC system), but this update will not happen anytime in the near future. Each year when the leak happens, maintenance drills a hole in my ceiling to let air get through and "dry" out the ceiling before patching it back up. Since this is only putting a bandaid on the issue, I can only image the amount of mold growing in this building and am concerned for my health and well being. Additionally, my personal belongings have been damaged from the annual leaks. That said, I do not plan to renew my lease this coming year."

"The first place on our apartment tour list was Regency Woods, and we stopped our search here! The grounds are lovely, the amenities are great, and the office staff are extremely friendly. The maintenance team can't be beaten. What we love most is how secluded and peaceful we feel surrounded by nature, yet how easy it is to get to whatever we might need—library, shopping, more food options than we can count. I am so, so glad we toured and hope to be here for quite some time!"
