"Be aware Jane is a con artist in 2020 when the pandemic was happening, I had my abusive ex-husband, throwing me into a toilet in our bathroom which caused it to completely break, and I also stepped on it and severed my toe when I came back from the emergency room after getting stitches on my toe Jane told the current Landlord that I now owe $5000 for this toilet breaking, and for these crew people to come to my house and clean up the blood even though I did not ask for any of that fast-forward two weeks later I get that bill I tell him I am not capable of paying for that and I am the victim of domestic violence, and that is why the toilet was broken. She did not seem to care, and she also said, how about we asked the Rent Help people that were helping people with the rent and the pandemic to pay for it. She then went and made a fake ledger of rent that I owe totaling to how much this cleanup bill will be and told them that it was rent that I owed, and which they then went and paid for it, thinking that it was Rent , after that, they proceeded to rip out the carpets in my house and did not put in new carpets when I moved there was no carpets in that apartment and there were nails sticking out everywhere and my child would step on it. I told them and they did not seem to care there was mold inside of the washer and the dryer in which they did not do anything about until this day, those washers and dryers are still in unit 112 ! She has had 6 landlords since 2019 when I moved and one even stole the tenants rent and she did nothing about it because that was her niece ! Oh let’s also not forget they are contracted with Minnetonka police and they will harass you in ur own parking lot if your sitting in the car at night IN THE PARKING LOT good luck and I pray no one goes through what I went thru OH AND EXPECT THEM TO SAY THEIR IS SMOKE IN YOUT HOUSE AND THEN SEND YOU A EMAIL SAYING THEY CAN COME IN YOUR HOME WHENEVER OR ELSE GET EVICTED PIC ATTAChed"

"The worst apartment ever. Management sucks, the office is always close, they love the pandemic because the office is always closed so they don’t have to help people out!! Save your energy look else where to rent, everything that brakes in this apartment they make you pay for it."
