"This company is a joke…they almost made me lose everything I own because they never had work…the dispatcher Alex is a goof ball and he acts like he is missing a few…I caught him in a couple of lies because he was telling me that he didn’t have anything ready for pick up but the whole time I was asking the ladies behind the desk and one of them told me that he was telling me a lie and she showed me a folder full of BOLs…I was off a whole week for Christmas and half a week for new years…bills were getting to far behind… if you want to starve and lose everything you have them give them a call….it’s companies like this one is the reason why drivers have a rocky work history because they treat you well to get you in the door but once you’re with them they start singing a different tune…so glad I found something much better"
"If I could give this company a goose egg, I would. The sorriest company I've ever worked for, one week in a it was disaster! They never ever answer the phone, take forever to reply back even in emergency situations. They send you straight from orientation to recover trucks. This was a red flag, I've never seen almost an entire orientation class recover trucks before I my 17 years of trucking. They take your pay back from driving rental vehicles if you don't send in receipts for gas. They have huge orientation classes twice a week, so that should tell you about their turnover rate. Don't go to this company! Run! Or you'll be looking for another job the first couple days."
"If you are willing to work hard and do your job properly, this is the company for you! Straight out of orientation I was able to get rolling immediately and make my money. My DM was straightforward and truthful with me and has stuck to his word since I’ve been on the road. Any problems I had while being on the road was corrected and resolved that day and I love it here! Oh and the orientation team was great and made sure all questions were answered so you did not leave with any confusion. This is the best company I’ve drove for yet and don’t plan on going anywhere. You will get your miles as long as you like to run and on time to appointments. Great company to work for and I promise you that you will love it here!"
"If you’re looking for a company that treats you like family and not a number, this is it. From recruiting to your dispatchers these people are awesome! Rebekah was our recruiter and she was so friendly and professional. She got me so excited about the company and answered every single one of my questions. Brittany did our orientation and she was so sweet and our puppy adores her! Everyone there loves our puppy so if you’re looking for a company who is pet friendly you have hit the jackpot here. Our dispatcher Deb is so so amazing! She drove for years and it’s so nice having a dispatcher that understands what we go through over the road. She has been there and done that so when I’m trying to explain to her what is going on she actually knows what to do. Some companies have dispatchers that have no clue about what drivers go through out on the road, not this company. They know, and they help you with anything. Even the night dispatchers are super helpful and nice. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lonnie over night dispatch and when I had a problem he was there doing everything he could to help me and didn’t stop communicating with me till we got the issue resolved. It was a very refreshing experience. Kevin who is the head of teams, dispatched over us our first couple days just to make sure we had a good start or had any questions. Bottom line these people are awesome. Everyone knows that people make or break a company, and let me tell you the people at Transco Lines are incredible. We found our home company, hopefully this helps someone find theirs."
"Good company to drive for. Good trucks for teams, solo driver trucks, not so much. Good pay, especially dedicated Estes account. Good dispatch but hard to reach night and weekends. Good pay. EXCELLENT accomodations during orientation, vouchers for lunch food truck and restaurant at hotel for dinner. If you are at the terminal after hire you can take the van (sign it out) for Walmart run/errands. I would recommend them."
