"TL;DR: Pros: Kind customer service, drivers, and very comfortable cars. Cons: Either show up right on time or 40+ minutes later. No in-between. Full Review: I usually wouldn't mind waiting if I were going to a bank or store or something, especially since the lady answering the phone was very sweet. But I showed up late to work once and almost a second time, even when intentionally scheduling my rides to be almost an hour earlier than when I needed to be at work. The worst was while trying to get a ride home from work, I had to wait a little over 1 hour and 15 minutes. I knew then and there that it may put my job in jeopardy trusting them to be on time to work. You can't trust them to get you to work on time, but if you don't mind them showing up late, then it's cheap, the rides are cozy, and the people are very kind."

"The lady could not even answer basic questions without being very rude and condescending. When I called her out on it she just tried to justify herself. This was definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in years. I would not recommend this taxi service to anyone."

"Do not use this service. I was trying to turn into a parking lot and he pulled up from inside and on the side the parking lot and blocked the entire entrance. He then started mouthing me as he pulled out. I was already turning in when he pulled up and blocked the entrance. Very rude and I would NEVER use anyone that acted like this."

"Stop honking when you pull up, especially if it's 3am. It's a lot more effective and way less disturbing to surrounding people if you call or knock on the door"
