"Well I’m not too happy with the pharmacy because we called them to see if I could get a couple of samples of the oxybutnin that I was out of. They asked if I made an appointment to see a doctor. We said we’re working on it. So they told us that we could get a couple of samples to get me through till. So I got to the store and they said they can’t do that. Before they said they could. They shouldn’t tell me that they can do it when they can’t. Honestly is the best policy but not for them apparently. I’m looking elsewhere for a better pharmacy."
"Went there Sunday to get flu shot and asked about next round of COVID booster. Said we tried signing up online but it showed unavailable. The pharmacist was on a call and yelled across counter, we aren't taking walk-ups just appointments. Tried explaining but totally ignored. So we left. Don't need attitude giving me a shot."
