The part in the photo is suppose to be straight not bent smh probably stacked something on it when they told me I paid for the whole pallet space to the ceiling. Cheap company with poor morals. I ordered a product through Sam's Club to be delivered by XPO Logistics, and after 4 scheduled and failed deliveries, I have cancelled my order and opted for a refund. My wife and I missed work or changed our plans on 4 separate occasions to accommodate the deliveries that were scheduled. I have reached out to the company multiple times and do not receive a response. I would steer clear of using this company due to their dubious business practices and complete lack of costumer service."
